1. What Happens to Your Uploaded Photo
When you upload a picture to preview a tattoo, that image is used exclusively to determine body placement, curvature, and lighting. Once the preview render is generated, we immediately discard the raw source image. We do not maintain an archive of your private body photos.
2. AI Inference via Google Gemini API
Tattoo preview generation and anatomical contour synthesis are processed using Google's Gemini API endpoints.
Zero AI Training: We request the provider's no-training configuration and do not allow your photographs to be used to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models.
Third-Party Handling: We do not make absolute claims about systems outside our direct control. When an image is forwarded to Google Cloud for inference, Google handles the data in accordance with their enterprise API terms. 3. What We Do Store (Generated Preview Pictures Only)
We store only the finished preview pictures so that you can view and download them. These files are saved to your account and can be permanently deleted by you anytime with a single tap in your Saved Art page.
4. Payment Information
Payments are handled directly through PayPal Hosted Checkout. PREVUE never sees, collects, or stores your credit card numbers or banking passwords.
