1. Service Overview & Purpose

PREVUE (tattoo.prevue.website) provides AI-assisted visualization tools that simulate tattoo concepts on user-uploaded body photography. All renders are digital simulations created solely to assist in aesthetic and anatomical planning before committing to permanent ink. They do not constitute dermatological or medical advice.

2. Google Gemini Vision API Processing Disclosure

Image generation and anatomical contour synthesis are processed server-side via Google Cloud Gemini API endpoints. By using PREVUE, you acknowledge that your uploaded image is transmitted securely to Google Cloud exclusively for real-time inference.

Under Google enterprise terms, data processed through paid API endpoints is governed by their developer terms and is not used to train foundational Google models. For complete details, see Google Gemini API Terms .

3. Photo Deletion Guarantee

Your original uploaded body photo is deleted immediately upon render. We retain only your generated preview pictures, which you can permanently delete at any time with one tap from your account.

4. Studio Passes, Trials, and Renewals

Access to full preview generation and high-resolution downloads requires an active studio pass:

  • Studio Pass: $3 for a 3-day risk-free trial (5 previews), renewing at $3/week.
  • Collector Plan: $9 per month (20 previews).
  • Annual Artist Pass: $69 per year (180 previews, save 36%).

You may cancel your pass anytime with a single tap in your account dashboard before the next billing cycle. If cancelled before trial expiration, no recurring charge is applied.

5. Refund Guarantee (24–48 Hours)

We provide a 100% money-back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with your pass or experience technical generation issues. Submit a refund request to support@tattoo.prevue.website within 24–48 hours of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content depicting minors, non-consensual imagery, hate speech, or unlawful material. Violation results in immediate session revocation.
